We want you to be completely satisfied with your Michael Costello purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Order

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
